An Integral Training in Diversity and Inclusion
 

Through deepening understanding and appreciation of individual and personal differences, participants will explore how diversity affects the team, and learn to cultivate a more inclusive, cohesive community.

Participants will:

  • Develop meaningful ways of understanding, listening to and responding to diversity concerns
  • Learn how be proactive rather than reactive in their communications
  • Cultivate new understandings of diversity issues in a way that goes beyond simply emphasizing differences
