Our Approach

Integral Trainings is driven by a core understanding: valuing and leveraging diversity is an organizational imperative which directly and positively impacts morale, retention, productivity and organizational culture.

Each Integral Training is customized to meet clients’ needs, typically flowing through four key phases:

1. Assessment and recommendations
2. Collaborative meeting with leadership team to strategize what sort of training will best serve organizational needs and culture
3. Integral Training: Core competencies for valuing and leveraging internal and external diversity
4. Evaluation and follow-up coaching

Typically, each integral training is offered in two formats:

  • A fast track training that is a half daylong
  • A deep track training that is a full daylong
We also offer 90 minute sessions that can be infused into a larger professional development program to support team building efforts and create micro-spaces to briefly address issues of diversity, intercultural communication or interpersonal skill building.
